Jesse is a 5th-generation Idaho native, and a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in senior living construction, development, and design. As the oldest daughter of six children, she’s learned early how to manage responsibility, stay organized, and guide others with patience and confidence — all qualities that serve well in real estate. It also taught her to listen closely, communicate clearly, and navigate complex situations with empathy and resilience. Known for her problem-solving mindset and ability to wear many hats, she thrives in dynamic environments where creativity, customer service, and attention to detail are key. Jesse is naturally curious, quick-thinking, and constantly juggling multiple interests, which explains a lot about how she operates. Having nothing to do is her idea of a nightmare. When she does have downtime (rare but magical), you’ll find her nose-deep in a book, plotting her next DIY project, or pretending she’s going to bed early.
