Jaimee is a force to be reckoned with, and she will overturn any obstacle in her way - or rather, in her buyers' way. She has a charm that opens doors and makes people listen to her, and she has the tenacity to achieve whatever goal she has in her sights. I regularly ask odd questions and Jaimee found answers to all of them. We finally settled on a gorgeous house and Jaimee went through the inspection notes and made absolutely certain everything was fixed, to include setting up appointments with multiple contractors for quotes. Sheila is fair. A decent landlord, property manager, a good person to rent from. She let me know she wanted to do some updates on the house before it would be ready to rent. She followed up and kept in communication.
Sheila updated the rental so that when I was ready to move in, the house was ready with a new bathroom, kitchen, and flooring. The work was beautiful and I feel so fortunate to be able to rent this house from Sheila. read less
