She made herself available to meet with us and property inspectors, whenever needed. Her "back office", including escrow coordinator, were excellent. Jaimee referred us to a fantastic property inspector and escrow/title company. Most importantly, she was honest, forthright, and sensible. I was needing a realtor that would help me move from Ohio to Boise to be closer to my children. From the very first conversation with her, I was really impressed and felt confident that she would help me with this very scary task. I was coming to Boise to look for homes and she had many lined up for me to see. Unfortunately the market was so crazy that I could not get any of the homes I had seen before I had to go back. She continued to look and found the home that I bought sight unseen! She walked me through the house room by room. My kids were with her and everyone really liked it. After walking me through the offer and presenting it to the buyer we actually got it. Then Frances took over setting up the inspection, having someone come fix the rug, and do the final walk through as if I was here. She was with me from beginning to the end.
