Sheila is fair. A decent landlord, property manager, a good person to rent from. She let me know she wanted to do some updates on the house before it would be ready to rent. She followed up and kept in communication.
Sheila updated the rental so that when I was ready to move in, the house was ready with a new bathroom, kitchen, and flooring. The work was beautiful and I feel so fortunate to be able to rent this house from Sheila. read less
