Frances gives our crew the international edge: she was born, raised and educated in England. She and her husband, James, made it to the USA in 1999, and are happy to be raising their two daughters in Boise.
Frances uses her analytical prowess, with an engineering degree from the Univeristy of Leeds in the UK, to keep the rest of us on our toes. Her 28 years as an engineer have given her the opportunity to live in many countries around the world. We have the good fortune of having a world class traveler in our midst and love the perspectives she brings to the table!
Micron brought Frances to Boise, using her innovative and thoughtful approach to problem solving on countless successful projects during her career there. After 11 years at Micron, Frances decided to take a turn at blending her skills into the creative world of real estate. Her depth of life experience and diversity allow her to flourish in this industry. She is a master negotiator and her ability to think outside the box allows her to find solutions for what could otherwise be stressful complications for our clients.
Frances keeps herself busy! Not only a full-time realtor, she also teaches HIIRT bootcamp, leading class, physically challenging workouts: a perfect side hustle to stay in shape for Boise’s endles outdoor activities. She is inspired by empowering and inspiring people to achieve their personal development and fitness goals. This compliments her dedication to creating supportive, trusting relationships throughout her professional and personal life.
She is also passionate about giving back to the community, volunteering in the Boise School District and supporting school and club sports teams. She even coached her daughter’s soccer team, a rôle which has drew massively on her reserves of patience and empathy! Frances is a die hard East Ender, enjoying all that downtown lifestyle. Her family loves exploring the trails in the Boise foothills, hiking and backpacking in the Idaho mountains, and downhill skiing at both Bogus Basin and Brundage Mountain.
We admit that sharp English wit and infectious accent was our initial draw to Frances, but she proves to be quite the catch! Her work ethic, intellect and life experience make her the perfect fit for our team.
